Stage 1: CAD Design & Specification (3 to 7 Days)

Every bespoke conversion begins with clear drawings. Our team confirms exact dimensions, window and personnel door placements, electrical socket layouts, and external RAL colour choices. Once sign-off is completed, materials are scheduled into the workshop queue.

Stage 2: Structural Cutting & Steel Fabrication (3 to 5 Days)

Heavy steel fabrication involves plasma cutting container side corrugations, welding structural box section reinforcing frames around window and door apertures, installing anti-vandal lockboxes, and fabricating serving hatches or louvres.

Stage 3: Thermal Lining & First-Fix Electrics (4 to 6 Days)

Treated timber studwork is fitted throughout the walls and ceiling. High-performance insulation (spray foam or rigid PIR boards) is installed, and conduits for power, data, and lighting are run before internal wall lining boards (such as wipe-clean melamine or birch ply) are mounted.

Stage 4: Painting & Finishes (2 to 4 Days)

The exterior steel is chemically cleaned, primed, and sprayed with hard-wearing commercial marine enamel paint in your chosen RAL colour. Internal vinyl flooring, lighting fixtures, consumer unit, and electric heaters are connected and tested.
